| Abstract | The increasing complexity of organizational environments has created significant challenges for traditional decision-making approaches. Organizations today operate within dynamic markets influenced by technological disruption, uncertain economic conditions, global competition, and rapidly changing stakeholder expectations. Artificial intelligence has emerged as a transformative capability that enables organizations to improve decision quality through advanced analytics, predictive modelling, automated reasoning, and intelligent decision-support systems. This research examines AI-Enhanced Decision Models for Complex Organizational Problems by analysing how artificial intelligence technologies support strategic planning, operational optimization, risk management, and organizational problem-solving. The study adopts a conceptual research approach based on theoretical perspectives related to artificial intelligence, decision science, organizational intelligence, data analytics, and strategic management. The analysis highlights that AI-enhanced decision models provide organizations with capabilities to process large-scale information, identify hidden patterns, predict future outcomes, and generate evidence-based recommendations. Machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and intelligent systems enable organizations to address complex problems that involve uncertainty, multiple variables, and rapidly changing conditions. The study identifies major challenges associated with AI-based decision models, including data quality limitations, algorithmic bias, lack of explainability, cybersecurity concerns, technological dependency, and human acceptance issues. Effective implementation requires transparent AI frameworks, responsible governance, human oversight, and alignment between technological capabilities and organizational objectives. The research concludes that AI-enhanced decision models represent an important pathway for improving organizational intelligence and strategic adaptability. Future organizations will increasingly depend on human-AI collaborative decision systems that combine computational capabilities with human expertise, creativity, and ethical judgement. |
