| Abstract | Technology innovation management has become a critical strategic capability for organizations seeking sustainable competitive advantage in rapidly changing global environments. The continuous emergence of artificial intelligence, automation, digital platforms, advanced analytics, and intelligent systems has transformed the way organizations develop products, improve processes, and create new business opportunities. Effective management of technology innovation enables organizations to convert technological advancements into strategic value while maintaining adaptability and long-term competitiveness. This research examines Technology Innovation Management for Future Competitive Advantage by analysing how organizations develop, manage, and utilize technological capabilities to strengthen innovation performance. The study adopts a conceptual research approach based on existing theoretical perspectives related to innovation management, technology strategy, digital transformation, organizational capabilities, and competitive advantage. The analysis highlights that successful technology innovation management requires integration between technological resources, organizational knowledge, leadership capabilities, research and development activities, and market understanding. The study identifies major challenges associated with technology innovation management, including rapid technological change, investment requirements, skill shortages, intellectual property concerns, organizational resistance, and uncertainty regarding emerging technologies.
