| Abstract | The increasing complexity of global markets and rapid technological advancement have created a strong need for organizations to develop advanced analytical capabilities for strategic innovation management. Traditional innovation approaches often depend on experience-based decisions, limited market observations, and historical information. However, modern business environments require data-driven frameworks capable of identifying opportunities, predicting trends, and supporting effective innovation strategies. This research examines Advanced Analytics Frameworks for Strategic Innovation Management and explores how artificial intelligence, big data analytics, predictive modelling, and business intelligence systems contribute to innovation decision-making. The study adopts a conceptual research approach based on existing theoretical perspectives related to analytics capability, innovation management, digital transformation, strategic decision-making, and knowledge-based organizational development. The analysis highlights that advanced analytics frameworks enable organizations to transform large volumes of data into strategic insights. These frameworks support innovation opportunity identification, market forecasting, customer behaviour analysis, research prioritization, and performance evaluation. Artificial intelligence and predictive analytics enhance organizational ability to anticipate technological changes and develop competitive innovation strategies. The study identifies key challenges associated with analytics-driven innovation management, including data quality limitations, analytical skill shortages, organizational resistance, ethical concerns, and difficulties in integrating analytics with existing strategic processes. Successful implementation requires strong data governance, analytical capabilities, leadership support, and innovation-oriented organizational cultures. The research concludes that advanced analytics frameworks represent an essential foundation for future strategic innovation management. Organizations that effectively combine analytical intelligence with human creativity and strategic vision can achieve sustainable innovation performance and long-term competitive advantage. |
