| Abstract | The increasing complexity of modern organizational, scientific, and societal challenges has created a growing need for advanced decision-making approaches capable of processing large volumes of information, identifying hidden patterns, and supporting effective problem resolution. Traditional decision-making methods often struggle with uncertainty, dynamic environments, and interconnected problems that require rapid and evidence-based responses. Smart Decision Intelligence Systems have emerged as advanced frameworks that integrate artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, automation, and human expertise to improve decision quality and problem-solving effectiveness. This research examines Smart Decision Intelligence Systems and their role in addressing complex problems across diverse domains. The study adopts a conceptual research approach based on existing theoretical perspectives related to artificial intelligence, decision support systems, data-driven management, cognitive computing, and intelligent automation. The analysis highlights that smart decision intelligence systems enhance problem-solving capabilities by enabling predictive analysis, real-time information processing, scenario evaluation, and intelligent recommendations. These systems support organizations in managing uncertainty, optimizing resources, and developing strategic responses to complex situations. The study identifies important challenges associated with intelligent decision systems, including data quality limitations, algorithmic bias, transparency issues, cybersecurity concerns, and the need for human oversight. Responsible implementation requires explainable artificial intelligence, ethical governance, skilled professionals, and balanced human–machine collaboration. The research concludes that Smart Decision Intelligence Systems represent an important advancement in modern problem-solving frameworks. Future decision environments will increasingly depend on the integration of artificial intelligence capabilities with human judgement to create adaptive, reliable, and responsible decision ecosystems. |
