| Abstract | The increasing complexity of global business environments has created significant challenges for organizations seeking long-term stability, adaptability, and competitive advantage. Rapid technological changes, economic uncertainty, cybersecurity threats, and unexpected disruptions require organizations to develop stronger resilience capabilities. Digital innovation has emerged as a strategic approach that enables organizations to improve flexibility, enhance decision-making, optimize operations, and respond effectively to changing conditions. This research examines digital innovation strategies for improving organizational resilience and explores how emerging technologies contribute to organizational adaptability and sustainability. The study adopts a conceptual research approach based on existing theoretical frameworks and scholarly perspectives related to digital transformation, innovation management, organizational resilience, technology adoption, and strategic management. The analysis highlights that digital innovation strengthens organizational resilience through advanced data analytics, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, automation, digital collaboration platforms, and intelligent risk management systems. These technologies enable organizations to anticipate challenges, maintain operational continuity, and develop adaptive capabilities in uncertain environments. The study also identifies major challenges associated with digital innovation implementation, including technological complexity, cybersecurity risks, workforce adaptation issues, investment limitations, and organizational resistance to change. Effective digital transformation requires strategic planning, leadership support, employee development, and responsible technology governance. The research concludes that digital innovation represents a critical pathway for developing resilient organizations capable of managing uncertainty and future disruptions. Organizations that integrate digital capabilities with strategic innovation practices can achieve greater flexibility, sustainability, and long-term competitive performance. |
