| Abstract | The rapid advancement of emerging technologies has significantly transformed organizational structures, business models, public services, and social systems across the world. Technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, blockchain, cloud computing, automation, and advanced analytics have created new opportunities for improving efficiency, innovation capacity, and decision-making processes. However, successful adoption of emerging technologies depends on multiple factors including organizational readiness, technological capability, human acceptance, infrastructure availability, and strategic alignment. This research examines emerging technology adoption models across diverse sectors and explores how organizations integrate advanced technologies into different operational environments. The study adopts a conceptual research approach based on existing theoretical frameworks and scholarly perspectives related to technology acceptance, innovation diffusion, digital transformation, and organizational change management. The analysis highlights that technology adoption is influenced by technological characteristics, organizational capabilities, environmental conditions, user perceptions, and institutional support. Different sectors including healthcare, education, finance, agriculture, manufacturing, and governance require customized adoption approaches according to their unique requirements and challenges. The study identifies that successful technology adoption requires more than technological investment. Organizations must focus on skill development, strategic planning, change management, cybersecurity, and ethical implementation. Adoption models provide structured pathways for understanding barriers and improving technology integration outcomes. The research concludes that emerging technology adoption is a multidimensional process requiring coordination between technology, people, organizations, and external environments. Future adoption strategies should focus on flexible, inclusive, and sustainable models that support effective digital transformation across diverse sectors. |
