| Abstract | Robotics-based innovation has become a significant driver of industrial productivity enhancement by enabling organizations to improve operational efficiency, manufacturing accuracy, flexibility, and automation capabilities. The integration of advanced robotics with artificial intelligence, machine learning, industrial Internet of Things, and smart manufacturing technologies has transformed conventional production systems into intelligent and adaptive industrial environments. This conceptual research article examines robotics-based innovation strategies and their contribution toward improving industrial productivity. The study explores the role of industrial robots, collaborative robots, autonomous systems, and intelligent robotic platforms in enhancing production performance, quality management, workplace safety, and operational optimization. A conceptual research methodology is adopted through the analysis of existing scholarly literature, robotics frameworks, industrial automation models, and smart manufacturing approaches. The findings indicate that robotics-based innovation provides significant opportunities for improving productivity through automation, precision, real-time decision-making, and human-robot collaboration. However, challenges related to implementation costs, workforce adaptation, cybersecurity, technological complexity, and system integration continue to influence adoption. The study concludes that robotics-based innovation represents an essential pathway for future industrial development by combining intelligent automation with human expertise and sustainable productivity strategies. |
