| Abstract | Sustainable finance has emerged as a significant mechanism for supporting global economic transformation by directing financial resources toward environmentally responsible, socially inclusive, and economically sustainable development activities. The increasing challenges of climate change, resource limitations, social inequalities, and economic uncertainty have encouraged governments, financial institutions, and organizations to adopt innovative financial models that integrate sustainability principles with investment decisions. This conceptual research article examines sustainable finance models and their contribution to global economic transformation. The study explores key approaches including green finance, sustainable investment frameworks, environmental social and governance (ESG)-based financing, climate finance, and impact investment models. A conceptual research methodology is adopted through the analysis of existing scholarly literature, sustainable development frameworks, and financial transformation models. The findings indicate that sustainable finance models support economic transformation by encouraging responsible investment, improving resource efficiency, promoting innovation, and strengthening long-term economic resilience. However, challenges related to measurement standards, transparency, investment risks, regulatory differences, and limited awareness continue to influence sustainable finance adoption. The study concludes that sustainable finance represents an essential foundation for achieving inclusive and resilient global economic development by connecting financial systems with environmental responsibility and social progress. |
