| Abstract | The rapid growth of digital technologies has significantly transformed consumer behaviour and created new opportunities for innovative marketing strategies. Modern consumers increasingly interact with brands through digital platforms, social media networks, mobile applications, and personalized online experiences. This conceptual research article examines digital marketing innovation strategies and their influence on changing consumer behaviour in contemporary business environments. The study explores the role of artificial intelligence, data analytics, personalization techniques, social media marketing, and customer engagement technologies in understanding consumer preferences and improving marketing effectiveness. A conceptual research methodology is adopted based on the analysis of existing scholarly literature, digital marketing frameworks, consumer behaviour models, and technology-driven marketing practices. The findings indicate that innovative digital marketing strategies enhance customer engagement, improve personalization, strengthen brand relationships, and support data-driven decision-making. However, organizations face challenges related to consumer privacy, data security, technological complexity, changing customer expectations, and ethical marketing practices. The study concludes that successful digital marketing requires a balanced integration of advanced technologies, consumer insights, and responsible marketing approaches to create meaningful and sustainable customer relationships |
