| Abstract | The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly transformed the nature of work, organizational structures, and management practices. Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, cloud computing, digital collaboration platforms, and intelligent systems are reshaping traditional work models and creating new possibilities for organizational transformation. This conceptual research article examines future work models and their relationship with technology-driven organizational transformation. The study explores how organizations adapt to remote work, hybrid work structures, digital collaboration environments, and technology-enabled workforce strategies. A conceptual research methodology is adopted based on the analysis of existing scholarly literature, digital transformation frameworks, and future workplace development models. The findings indicate that technology-driven work models enhance organizational flexibility, productivity, innovation capability, and employee engagement when supported by effective leadership and digital infrastructure. However, challenges related to workforce adaptation, cybersecurity, digital inequality, organizational culture, and technology dependency remain significant concerns. The study concludes that future organizations must develop adaptive work models that integrate technological capabilities with human-centred management practices to achieve sustainable organizational transformation. |
