| Abstract | The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed traditional supply chain management by enabling organizations to develop intelligent, adaptive, and data-driven supply chain systems. Advanced analytics has emerged as a significant capability for improving supply chain visibility, forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. This conceptual research article examines smart supply chain innovation through advanced analytics by analysing the role of predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, big data, and real-time information systems in improving supply chain performance. The study explores how organizations utilize analytical technologies to optimize inventory management, enhance logistics operations, improve supplier coordination, and develop resilient supply networks. A conceptual research methodology is adopted based on the analysis of existing scholarly literature, supply chain management frameworks, digital transformation models, and analytics-driven business practices. The findings indicate that advanced analytics enables organizations to achieve improved responsiveness, reduced operational uncertainty, and enhanced decision quality. However, challenges related to data integration, cybersecurity, technological complexity, investment requirements, and workforce capabilities remain significant barriers. The study concludes that smart supply chain innovation requires effective integration of advanced analytics, digital technologies, and strategic management practices to create agile, efficient, and sustainable supply networks. |
