| Abstract | The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed strategic business management by enabling organizations to improve decision-making, optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and develop innovative competitive strategies. Artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent automation are increasingly integrated into organizational processes to support data-driven strategic planning and business transformation. This conceptual research article examines the applications of artificial intelligence in strategic business management and explores its contribution toward organizational efficiency, innovation, and long-term competitiveness. The study adopts a conceptual research methodology based on the analysis of existing scholarly literature, strategic management frameworks, and artificial intelligence applications in business environments. The findings indicate that AI-driven strategies enhance forecasting capabilities, operational intelligence, personalized customer engagement, and strategic decision support. However, organizations face challenges related to implementation costs, ethical concerns, data privacy, workforce adaptation, and algorithmic transparency. The study concludes that artificial intelligence represents a significant strategic capability for future organizations, but successful implementation requires integration of technological innovation with responsible governance, human expertise, and adaptive management practices. |
