| Abstract | The increasing availability of digital data has transformed organizational decision-making processes by enabling enterprises to move from intuition-based strategies toward evidence-based approaches. Data-driven decision making has emerged as a critical capability for organizations seeking sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage in rapidly changing business environments. This conceptual research article examines the role of data-driven decision-making approaches in supporting future organizational growth through advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, predictive modelling, and strategic information management. The study explores how organizations utilize data resources to improve planning, optimize operations, understand customer behaviour, and develop adaptive business strategies. A conceptual research methodology is adopted based on the analysis of existing scholarly literature, business analytics frameworks, and digital transformation models. The findings indicate that effective data-driven decision making requires integration of technological capabilities, analytical skills, organizational culture, and responsible data governance. The study also identifies challenges related to data quality, cybersecurity, privacy concerns, analytical complexity, and resistance to organizational change. The research concludes that organizations capable of developing strong data intelligence capabilities will be better positioned to achieve innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth in future digital economies. |
