| Abstract | The rapid expansion of digital technologies has significantly transformed human interaction, communication patterns, workplace structures, educational environments, and everyday activities. While digital transformation provides numerous opportunities for efficiency, connectivity, and knowledge development, continuous technological changes also create psychological challenges related to adaptation, cognitive adjustment, emotional regulation, digital stress, and behavioural flexibility. Psychological adaptation models have emerged as important frameworks for understanding how individuals respond to rapidly changing digital environments and maintain effective psychological wellbeing. This study examines psychological adaptation models in rapidly changing digital environments by analysing their contribution to cognitive flexibility, emotional regulation, digital confidence, stress management, resilience development, and technology acceptance behaviour. The research explores major psychological adaptation components including cognitive adjustment strategies, emotional coping mechanisms, digital wellbeing approaches, behavioural adaptation patterns, and human-centred technology interaction models. A simulation-based analytical methodology is developed to compare conventional adaptation approaches with structured psychological adaptation frameworks using evaluation indicators including adaptation effectiveness, psychological resilience, digital confidence, emotional stability, and technology acceptance. The findings demonstrate that comprehensive psychological adaptation models significantly improve individual capacity to manage digital transformation by strengthening resilience, reducing technology-related stress, and supporting effective behavioural adjustment. The results indicate that human-centred adaptation frameworks provide valuable opportunities for improving digital wellbeing and sustainable interaction with emerging technologies. However, successful adaptation requires addressing challenges related to digital overload, psychological stress, privacy concerns, emotional wellbeing, and continuous technological change. |
