| Abstract | The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has introduced significant opportunities for transforming educational systems through intelligent learning environments, innovative teaching strategies, and technology-supported academic practices. Traditional education systems generally depend on standardized instructional methods, fixed learning resources, and conventional assessment approaches, which may not fully address diverse learner requirements and changing educational demands. Artificial intelligence-based learning environments have emerged as transformative frameworks that integrate machine learning, learning analytics, intelligent tutoring systems, automated assessment, and personalized learning technologies to enhance educational innovation. This study examines educational innovation strategies in artificial intelligence-based learning environments by analysing their contribution to personalized instruction, teaching efficiency, student engagement, adaptive learning support, and educational effectiveness. The research explores major AI-driven educational strategies including intelligent tutoring systems, adaptive instructional models, AI-supported assessment mechanisms, learning analytics frameworks, personalized content recommendation systems, and automated academic support technologies. A simulation-based analytical methodology is developed to compare traditional learning environments with AI-based educational innovation models using evaluation indicators including innovation capability, learning effectiveness, personalization level, technology integration, and learner engagement. The findings demonstrate that AI-based learning environments significantly improve educational innovation by enabling adaptive instruction, intelligent feedback generation, data-driven decision-making, and personalized learning experiences. The results indicate that AI-supported educational frameworks provide valuable opportunities for improving teaching quality, learner participation, and institutional transformation. However, successful implementation requires addressing challenges related to AI complexity, educational data management, system integration, ethical governance, teacher adaptation, and learning accessibility. The study contributes to educational technology research by presenting AI-based learning environments as strategic foundations for future educational innovation. The integration of artificial intelligence, pedagogical expertise, and learner-centred approaches can support more adaptive, inclusive, and effective education systems. |
