| Abstract | The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has created new opportunities for transforming traditional education systems into intelligent, adaptive, and personalized learning environments. Conventional education approaches generally rely on standardized teaching methods, fixed learning materials, and uniform assessment strategies, which may not fully address individual learner differences, learning abilities, interests, and educational requirements. Artificial intelligence has emerged as a transformative technology that enables personalized education through adaptive learning systems, intelligent tutoring platforms, learning analytics, automated assessment, and AI-driven educational recommendations. This study examines artificial intelligence applications for personalized education transformation by analysing their contribution to individualized learning experiences, educational decision-making, student engagement, and learning outcome improvement. The research explores major AI applications including adaptive learning algorithms, intelligent tutoring systems, natural language processing, predictive learning analytics, personalized content recommendation systems, and automated evaluation technologies. A simulation-based analytical methodology is developed to compare conventional education models with AI-driven personalized learning frameworks using evaluation indicators including personalization capability, learning efficiency, student engagement, and educational effectiveness. The findings demonstrate that AI applications significantly enhance personalized education by enabling learner-specific content delivery, intelligent feedback mechanisms, adaptive assessment strategies, and data-informed educational planning. The results indicate that AI-supported education systems provide valuable opportunities for improving learning accessibility, academic performance, and teaching effectiveness. However, successful implementation requires addressing challenges related to AI model complexity, educational data management, ethical considerations, privacy protection, teacher readiness, and digital learning equity. |
