| Abstract | The advancement of biomedical technologies, increasing availability of genomic information, and growing demand for individualized healthcare solutions have accelerated the development of precision medicine frameworks. Traditional medical approaches generally rely on population-based treatment strategies, which may not fully consider individual genetic variations, molecular characteristics, and biological differences among patients. Precision medicine has emerged as a transformative healthcare approach by integrating computational biology, genomic analysis, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, and advanced data analytics to enable personalized medical decision-making. This study examines precision medicine frameworks through advanced computational biology by analysing their contribution to personalized diagnosis, targeted treatment strategies, molecular healthcare analysis, and predictive medical decision support. The research explores key computational biology components including genomic sequencing analysis, bioinformatics pipelines, artificial intelligence-based biological modelling, molecular diagnostics, and personalized therapy optimization systems. A simulation-based analytical methodology is developed to compare conventional medical approaches with computational precision medicine frameworks using evaluation indicators including diagnostic accuracy, treatment personalization capability, biological data analysis efficiency, and healthcare outcome optimization. The findings demonstrate that advanced computational biology significantly improves precision medicine capabilities by enabling detailed biological analysis, identification of molecular patterns, and development of personalized treatment approaches. The results indicate that computational precision medicine frameworks provide valuable opportunities for improving diagnosis, therapeutic effectiveness, and patient-specific healthcare management. However, successful implementation requires addressing challenges related to genomic data complexity, computational requirements, ethical genomics, privacy protection, regulatory compliance, and clinical integration. The study contributes to biomedical informatics research by presenting computational biology-driven precision medicine as a strategic pathway for future healthcare development. The integration of genomic intelligence, computational modelling, and clinical expertise can support more accurate, personalized, and sustainable medical systems. |
