| Abstract | The rapid advancement of healthcare technologies, increasing complexity of medical conditions, and growing demand for patient-centred care have created significant opportunities for artificial intelligence-based healthcare innovation. Traditional healthcare management approaches often depend on generalized treatment protocols and manual clinical decision-making processes, which may not fully address individual patient variations, complex disease patterns, and evolving healthcare requirements. Artificial intelligence has emerged as a transformative technology capable of supporting personalized patient management through predictive analytics, intelligent diagnosis, and data-driven clinical decision support. This study examines artificial intelligence-based healthcare innovation for personalized patient management by analysing its contribution to diagnostic accuracy, treatment personalization, patient monitoring efficiency, and clinical decision support effectiveness. The research explores key AI technologies including machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, predictive analytics, natural language processing, medical imaging intelligence, and intelligent healthcare management platforms. A simulation-based analytical methodology is developed to compare conventional healthcare management approaches with AI-driven personalized healthcare systems using evaluation indicators including diagnostic performance, patient care efficiency, treatment optimization, and healthcare decision quality. The findings demonstrate that artificial intelligence significantly improves personalized healthcare delivery by enabling advanced data analysis, predictive risk assessment, and individualized treatment planning. The results indicate that AI-based systems provide enhanced capabilities for identifying patient-specific patterns, supporting clinical decisions, and improving healthcare outcomes. However, successful implementation requires addressing challenges related to healthcare data privacy, ethical considerations, clinical integration, regulatory compliance, and technology adoption. The study contributes to digital healthcare research by presenting artificial intelligence as a strategic innovation for improving personalized patient management. The integration of AI technologies, medical expertise, and responsible healthcare governance can support more accurate, efficient, and patient-centred healthcare systems. |
