| Abstract | The increasing environmental challenges, resource limitations, climate change impacts, and growing demand for sustainable economic development have created a strong need for green innovation strategies capable of supporting long-term sustainability objectives. Traditional development approaches often prioritize economic expansion while providing limited attention to environmental protection and resource efficiency. Green innovation has emerged as an important pathway for integrating technological advancement, ecological responsibility, and sustainable development principles. This study examines green innovation strategies for achieving sustainable development objectives by analysing their contribution to environmental performance, resource efficiency, technological advancement, and sustainable growth. The research explores key green innovation approaches including clean technologies, renewable energy integration, circular economy practices, eco-design strategies, sustainable production systems, and environmentally responsible business models. A simulation-based analytical methodology is developed to compare conventional development approaches with green innovation-based sustainability frameworks using evaluation indicators including carbon reduction capability, resource efficiency, innovation performance, and sustainability outcomes. The findings demonstrate that green innovation strategies significantly improve sustainable development performance by enabling cleaner production, efficient resource utilization, reduced environmental impact, and long-term economic resilience. The results indicate that integrated green innovation frameworks provide effective pathways for achieving environmental and developmental objectives simultaneously. However, successful implementation requires addressing challenges related to technological adoption, investment requirements, policy support, organizational transformation, and sustainability governance. The study contributes to sustainability research by presenting green innovation as a strategic mechanism for achieving sustainable development objectives. The integration of advanced technologies, environmental responsibility, and innovative management approaches can support the transition toward resilient, low-carbon, and sustainable development systems. |
