Abstract The increasing frequency and complexity of environmental risks have created a critical need for advanced systems capable of predicting climate-related changes and supporting proactive decision-making. Traditional environmental monitoring approaches often depend on historical observations and conventional modelling techniques, which may have limitations in handling complex climate interactions and rapidly changing environmental conditions. Climate intelligence systems have emerged as advanced analytical frameworks that combine artificial intelligence, machine learning, remote sensing, big data analytics, and environmental modelling to improve climate risk prediction capabilities.
This study examines climate intelligence systems for predicting environmental risk patterns by analysing their contribution to predictive accuracy, risk detection capability, climate data interpretation, and environmental decision support. The research explores key components of climate intelligence including AI-based forecasting models, satellite-based monitoring systems, environmental sensor networks, predictive analytics platforms, and intelligent risk assessment frameworks. A simulation-based analytical methodology is developed to compare traditional climate prediction approaches with climate intelligence systems using evaluation indicators including prediction accuracy, early warning capability, environmental analysis efficiency, and decision-support performance.
The findings demonstrate that climate intelligence systems significantly improve environmental risk prediction through advanced data processing, pattern recognition, and predictive modelling capabilities. The results indicate that intelligent climate frameworks enable more effective identification of potential risks associated with extreme weather events, ecological changes, and environmental instability. However, successful implementation requires addressing challenges related to data quality, computational requirements, model reliability, technological integration, and environmental data accessibility.
The study contributes to climate technology and environmental intelligence research by presenting intelligent prediction systems as important tools for managing future environmental risks. The integration of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and climate monitoring technologies can support sustainable environmental planning and improve resilience against climate-related challenges.
