| Abstract | The rapid advancement of digital technologies has fundamentally transformed organizational operations, innovation processes, and competitive strategies across global industries. Organizations increasingly require adaptive approaches that integrate emerging technologies, data-driven decision-making, intelligent automation, and digital platforms to maintain sustainable innovation capabilities. Traditional organizational models often face limitations in responding to rapidly changing market conditions, technological disruption, and evolving customer expectations. Digital transformation has emerged as a strategic approach that enables organizations to redesign processes, enhance innovation capacity, and develop future-ready business ecosystems. This study examines digital transformation strategies for innovation-driven organizations by analysing their contribution to technological capability, innovation performance, operational efficiency, and organizational adaptability. The research explores key transformation strategies including artificial intelligence integration, cloud-based platforms, data analytics, automation, digital collaboration frameworks, and agile innovation models. A simulation-based analytical framework is developed to compare traditional organizational approaches with digitally transformed innovation models using evaluation indicators including innovation capability, operational performance, technology adoption effectiveness, and strategic adaptability. The findings demonstrate that digital transformation strategies significantly enhance organizational innovation by improving technological integration, decision-making efficiency, and adaptive capabilities. The results indicate that organizations implementing structured digital transformation frameworks achieve stronger innovation outcomes through effective utilization of advanced technologies and data-driven approaches. However, successful transformation requires addressing challenges related to organizational culture, cybersecurity, workforce skills, technology investment, and strategic alignment. |
