| Abstract | The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly increased the demand for scalable, flexible, and efficient service delivery architectures. Traditional computing infrastructures often face limitations related to resource availability, operational flexibility, scalability, and rapid innovation requirements. Cloud computing has emerged as a transformative technological paradigm that enables organizations to develop, deploy, and manage digital services through flexible resource provisioning, distributed architectures, and advanced service delivery models. This study examines cloud-based innovation models for scalable digital services by analysing their contribution to service scalability, operational efficiency, innovation capability, and digital service performance. The research explores major cloud innovation approaches including Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, Software as a Service, cloud-native development, serverless computing, and hybrid cloud architectures. A simulation-based analytical framework is developed to compare traditional infrastructure models with cloud-based innovation frameworks using evaluation indicators including scalability effectiveness, resource optimization, service reliability, and innovation capability. The findings demonstrate that cloud-based innovation models provide significant advantages for developing scalable digital services through flexible resource management, automated deployment capabilities, and improved operational efficiency. The results indicate that cloud architectures support rapid digital transformation by enabling organizations to adapt services according to changing demands. However, successful cloud adoption requires addressing challenges related to cybersecurity, privacy protection, cost management, interoperability, and governance. The study contributes to emerging research on digital service innovation by presenting cloud computing as a strategic foundation for scalable and adaptive digital ecosystems. The integration of cloud-native technologies, intelligent automation, and secure service management approaches can support the development of efficient, innovative, and sustainable digital services. |
