| Abstract | The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies has created significant opportunities for transforming healthcare systems through improved decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation management. Healthcare organizations are increasingly adopting intelligent technologies to address complex challenges related to patient care, resource optimization, clinical decision support, and service delivery improvement. Traditional healthcare management approaches often depend on manual processes and historical analysis, which may limit their ability to respond effectively to rapidly changing healthcare demands. Artificial Intelligence provides advanced analytical capabilities that enable healthcare institutions to develop innovative strategies, optimize operations, and improve patient-centered outcomes. This study examines artificial intelligence strategies for enhancing healthcare innovation management by analysing the contribution of AI-driven approaches to healthcare service improvement, operational optimization, and innovation development. The research explores the role of machine learning, predictive analytics, natural language processing, intelligent decision-support systems, and healthcare automation in creating advanced healthcare ecosystems. A simulation-based analytical framework is developed to compare conventional healthcare management approaches with AI-enabled innovation strategies using evaluation indicators including innovation efficiency, healthcare service effectiveness, decision accuracy, and resource optimization. The findings demonstrate that AI-based strategies significantly enhance healthcare innovation management by improving data-driven decision-making, accelerating innovation processes, and supporting personalized healthcare solutions. The results indicate that artificial intelligence enables healthcare organizations to identify emerging trends, optimize resource utilization, and develop more responsive healthcare services. However, successful implementation requires addressing challenges related to data privacy, ethical governance, infrastructure readiness, cybersecurity, and workforce adaptation. The study contributes to emerging healthcare technology research by presenting Artificial Intelligence as a strategic framework for managing healthcare innovation. The integration of AI capabilities with human expertise and responsible governance approaches can support the development of efficient, adaptive, and sustainable healthcare systems capable of meeting future medical challenges. |
