| Abstract | The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and autonomous computing technologies has accelerated the development of intelligent systems capable of independent analysis, learning, and decision-making. Autonomous Intelligent Systems (AIS) are increasingly influencing modern innovation networks by enabling adaptive collaboration, automated problem-solving, and intelligent resource management. Traditional innovation models often depend on human-driven coordination and fixed operational structures, which may become less effective in complex and rapidly changing digital environments. Autonomous intelligent systems provide new opportunities by creating dynamic networks where technology, organizations, and knowledge communities interact through intelligent computational capabilities. This study examines the role of autonomous intelligent systems in future innovation networks by analysing their contribution to innovation performance, adaptive decision-making, collaborative intelligence, and technological advancement. The research explores how autonomous systems based on artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent agents, and automated decision frameworks support innovation development across digital ecosystems. A simulation-based analytical framework is developed to compare conventional innovation approaches with autonomous intelligent systems using evaluation indicators including innovation efficiency, adaptive capability, collaboration effectiveness, and decision intelligence. The findings demonstrate that autonomous intelligent systems significantly enhance future innovation networks by improving knowledge exchange, accelerating innovation processes, and enabling intelligent adaptation to changing environments. The results indicate that autonomous systems support organizations in identifying opportunities, optimizing resources, and developing innovative solutions through continuous learning mechanisms. However, successful adoption requires addressing challenges related to system complexity, cybersecurity, ethical responsibility, human collaboration, and governance. The study contributes to emerging research on intelligent innovation ecosystems by presenting autonomous intelligent systems as strategic components of future innovation networks. The integration of autonomous technologies with human creativity and organizational knowledge can support the development of flexible, efficient, and sustainable innovation environments. |
