| Abstract | The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies has significantly transformed educational environments and knowledge management practices by enabling intelligent learning systems, adaptive content delivery, and efficient information organization. Traditional educational approaches often rely on standardized teaching methods that may not fully address individual learner differences, while conventional knowledge management systems frequently face challenges in processing, organizing, and retrieving large volumes of information. Artificial Intelligence provides innovative solutions by analysing learner behaviour, predicting learning requirements, and optimizing knowledge accessibility through intelligent computational approaches. This study examines artificial intelligence applications in personalized learning and knowledge management by analysing how AI-driven systems enhance educational experiences, information organization, and decision-making processes. The research explores the role of intelligent tutoring systems, machine learning algorithms, recommendation mechanisms, and natural language processing techniques in developing adaptive learning environments. A simulation-based analytical framework is developed to compare traditional learning and knowledge management approaches with AI-based systems using evaluation indicators including learning effectiveness, knowledge accessibility, personalization capability, and decision support efficiency. The findings demonstrate that AI applications significantly improve personalized learning outcomes and knowledge management efficiency by enabling adaptive content recommendations, intelligent information retrieval, and data-driven educational strategies. The results indicate that AI-powered systems enhance learner engagement, improve access to relevant knowledge resources, and support more effective educational decision-making. However, successful implementation requires addressing challenges related to data privacy, ethical AI usage, technological infrastructure, and human-centered design. The study contributes to emerging research on intelligent education systems by presenting AI as a transformative framework for personalized learning and knowledge management. The integration of artificial intelligence with educational practices provides opportunities for developing adaptive, inclusive, and efficient learning ecosystems capable of supporting diverse learner requirements. |
