| Abstract | The rapid growth of digital information has created significant challenges in analysing complex datasets containing multiple dimensions, interconnected variables, and evolving patterns. Traditional analytical approaches often face limitations when processing large-scale and highly complex data structures due to their dependence on predefined assumptions and limited adaptability. Deep Learning (DL) approaches have emerged as advanced computational methods capable of automatically learning hierarchical representations, identifying complex patterns, and generating accurate predictive insights from multidimensional datasets. This study examines deep learning approaches for multidimensional pattern recognition and predictive analytics by analysing how neural network architectures improve data interpretation, feature extraction, and forecasting capabilities. The research explores the role of advanced deep learning techniques, including convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, and hybrid learning models, in identifying complex relationships within diverse data environments. A simulation-based analytical framework is developed to compare traditional analytical approaches with deep learning-based models using evaluation indicators including recognition accuracy, predictive performance, computational efficiency, and model adaptability. The findings demonstrate that deep learning approaches provide significant improvements in multidimensional pattern recognition and predictive analytics by enabling automated feature learning and advanced data modelling capabilities. The results indicate that deep learning systems effectively analyse complex information structures and generate more accurate predictions compared with conventional methods. However, successful implementation requires addressing challenges related to computational requirements, data quality, model interpretability, and deployment scalability. The study contributes to emerging research on intelligent analytics by presenting deep learning as a powerful framework for understanding complex patterns and supporting predictive decision-making. The integration of deep neural architectures with advanced analytics methodologies provides opportunities for developing more accurate, adaptive, and intelligent data-driven systems. |
