| Abstract | The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly transformed workplace environments by introducing intelligent automation systems capable of improving operational efficiency, decision-making, and productivity. Organizations are increasingly adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotic process automation, machine learning, and intelligent workflow systems to optimize business processes and respond effectively to changing market requirements. However, future workplace productivity depends not only on automation capability but also on the effective integration of intelligent technologies with human skills, organizational strategies, and adaptive work models. This study examines intelligent automation strategies designed to enhance future workplace productivity by analysing how AI-driven automation frameworks influence efficiency, task management, decision support, and workforce performance. The research explores the role of intelligent automation in reducing repetitive activities, improving workflow accuracy, and enabling employees to focus on higher-value cognitive tasks. A simulation-based analytical framework is developed to compare traditional workplace processes with intelligent automation approaches using evaluation indicators including productivity improvement, operational efficiency, workflow optimization, and decision effectiveness. The findings demonstrate that intelligent automation strategies provide significant improvements in workplace productivity by enabling faster processing, reducing operational errors, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The results indicate that successful automation adoption requires a balanced approach where intelligent systems enhance human capabilities rather than replace human involvement. The study further highlights the importance of workforce adaptation, ethical implementation, digital skills development, and responsible automation governance. The research contributes to the understanding of future workplace transformation by presenting intelligent automation as a strategic capability for improving productivity and organizational resilience. The integration of AI-powered automation with human-centered management approaches can support the development of efficient, flexible, and innovation-oriented workplaces. |
