| Abstract | The growing complexity of global environmental, economic, and social challenges has increased the need for innovative management approaches capable of supporting sustainable development objectives. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology that enables organizations, governments, and institutions to analyse complex data, optimize resource utilization, and develop intelligent solutions for sustainability-oriented challenges. AI-driven innovation ecosystems represent an integrated approach where artificial intelligence, digital technologies, knowledge networks, and collaborative stakeholders interact to accelerate sustainable development management. This study examines AI-driven innovation ecosystems and their role in improving sustainable development management through intelligent decision-making, resource optimization, and innovation enhancement. The research explores how AI technologies support sustainability practices by enabling predictive analysis, automated monitoring, data-driven planning, and adaptive management strategies. A simulation-based analytical framework is developed to compare conventional sustainability management approaches with AI-driven innovation ecosystems using evaluation indicators including resource efficiency, sustainability performance, innovation capability, and decision effectiveness. The findings demonstrate that AI-driven innovation ecosystems provide significant improvements in sustainable development management by enhancing analytical capability, supporting efficient resource allocation, and enabling proactive decision-making. The results indicate that AI technologies contribute to sustainability by connecting data intelligence with collaborative innovation processes. However, successful implementation requires responsible AI governance, reliable infrastructure, ethical considerations, and effective stakeholder participation. The study contributes to emerging research on sustainable digital transformation by presenting AI-driven innovation ecosystems as a strategic framework for achieving long-term sustainability goals. The integration of artificial intelligence with innovation management provides opportunities for developing adaptive, efficient, and responsible systems capable of addressing complex sustainability challenges. |
