| Abstract | Healthcare systems worldwide are experiencing significant transformation due to the growing integration of digital technologies with traditional healthcare practices. Traditional healthcare approaches continue to provide valuable community-based knowledge, preventive practices, and culturally accepted health support, while digital healthcare innovations offer improved accessibility, data management, remote monitoring, and communication capabilities. Integrating these approaches provides opportunities for developing more inclusive, accessible, and patient-centered healthcare models. This study examines the integration of traditional and digital healthcare approaches for improving community well-being. The research explores how traditional healthcare practices, digital health platforms, telemedicine, electronic health records, mobile health applications, and community health engagement strategies contribute to improved healthcare accessibility and outcomes. A conceptual analytical framework supported by simulated observations is developed to evaluate the influence of integrated healthcare approaches on community health improvement. The findings indicate that integrated healthcare models enhance community health through improved accessibility, preventive care support, health awareness, digital communication, and continuity of healthcare services. However, challenges including evidence validation, technology accessibility, cultural differences, healthcare system coordination, and digital literacy limitations continue to influence effective integration. The study contributes to community health and healthcare innovation research by highlighting the importance of combining traditional knowledge systems with modern digital healthcare solutions. The findings provide practical implications for healthcare organizations, policymakers, community health workers, and technology developers seeking sustainable approaches for improving population health. |
