| Abstract | The integration of technology into classroom instruction has transformed contemporary teaching practices by introducing digital learning platforms, interactive resources, online assessment systems, and technology-supported pedagogical approaches. However, the effectiveness of technology-integrated education depends significantly on teachers’ readiness, digital competence, confidence, and ability to incorporate technological tools into meaningful learning experiences. This study examines teacher readiness for technology-integrated classroom instruction by exploring key factors including digital skills, technological confidence, pedagogical adaptation, professional development, and institutional support. A conceptual analytical framework supported by simulated observations is developed to evaluate the relationship between teacher readiness and effective technology-based teaching practices. The findings indicate that teacher readiness plays a crucial role in successful technology integration. Teachers with stronger digital competencies and greater confidence in using educational technologies are more likely to implement innovative teaching strategies and create engaging learning environments. However, challenges including limited training opportunities, technological infrastructure gaps, resistance to change, and workload pressures continue to influence adoption. The study contributes to educational technology and teacher development research by explaining the importance of preparing educators for digitally enhanced classrooms. The findings provide practical implications for educational institutions, policymakers, and teacher training programs seeking to strengthen technology integration in teaching and learning environments. |
