| Abstract | The rapid expansion of digital technologies has transformed the way organizations communicate with consumers and develop long-term relationships. Social media marketing has emerged as a powerful strategic approach that enables brands to engage audiences through interactive communication, personalized content, and online communities. In the digital economy, brand loyalty is increasingly influenced by consumers’ online experiences, emotional connections, and continuous interactions with brands across social media platforms. This study examines the relationship between social media marketing practices and brand loyalty by analysing key dimensions including content engagement, customer interaction, brand trust, and online community participation. The research adopts a simulation-based analytical framework to explore how social media marketing activities contribute to the development of consumer loyalty in digital environments. A conceptual model was developed in which social media marketing dimensions represent influencing factors and brand loyalty represents the outcome variable. Simulated analytical values are used to demonstrate quantitative evaluation procedures and interpret possible relationships between digital marketing activities and consumer loyalty formation. The findings indicate that brand trust and customer engagement demonstrate strong influence on loyalty development. Consumers are more likely to maintain long-term relationships with brands when social media interactions provide meaningful content, responsive communication, and consistent brand experiences. The study highlights that effective social media marketing requires more than promotional activities; it requires relationship-oriented strategies that encourage consumer participation and emotional attachment. The research contributes to digital marketing literature by explaining how social media-based communication mechanisms influence brand loyalty in contemporary digital economies. The findings provide practical implications for organizations seeking to strengthen customer relationships through interactive and consumer-centred social media strategies. |
