| Abstract | The increasing environmental challenges, resource limitations, and growing stakeholder expectations have encouraged organizations to rethink conventional business models and adopt sustainable approaches. Green entrepreneurship and circular economy practices have emerged as significant strategies for achieving sustainable business transformation by integrating environmental responsibility, economic value creation, and innovative resource management. These approaches enable enterprises to reduce waste, improve resource efficiency, develop sustainable products, and create long-term competitive advantages. This conceptual study examines the relationship between green entrepreneurship and circular economy practices in supporting sustainable business transformation. The study explores how environmentally responsible entrepreneurial activities, resource optimization strategies, sustainable innovation, and circular business models influence organizational sustainability performance. The analysis indicates that green entrepreneurship provides the strategic motivation for adopting sustainable practices, while circular economy principles offer operational frameworks for reducing resource dependency and improving environmental outcomes. Organizations implementing circular approaches can enhance material efficiency, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and develop innovative value creation mechanisms. The study highlights that businesses face several challenges during sustainability transformation, including financial limitations, technological barriers, lack of awareness, supply chain complexity, and difficulties in changing traditional business practices. Effective leadership, innovation capability, stakeholder collaboration, and supportive policies are essential for overcoming these barriers. The study concludes that the integration of green entrepreneurship and circular economy practices represents an important pathway toward sustainable business transformation. Organizations that successfully combine environmental responsibility with entrepreneurial innovation can achieve resilience, competitiveness, and long-term value creation. |
